<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 La titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud y Sesver, Guadalupe D\u00edaz del Castillo, presenta las acciones realizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente de la LXVI Legislatura recibi\u00f3 de la titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud y de los Servicios de Salud de Veracruz (Sesver), Guadalupe D\u00edaz del Castillo Flores, el Informe relativo a las pol\u00edticas aplicadas para dar a las personas con enfermedades raras los diagn\u00f3sticos integrales, atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y medicamentos hu\u00e9rfanos necesarios para cada caso, as\u00ed como el estado del Registro Estatal de Enfermedades Raras y las acciones espec\u00edficas realizadas para la creaci\u00f3n del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo anterior, en respuesta al exhorto de este Congreso, por medio de un Punto de Acuerdo de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (Jucopo), aprobado en sesi\u00f3n del 28 de septiembre del a\u00f1o en curso y publicado en la Gaceta Oficial el 10 de octubre pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la S\u00e9ptima Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Segundo Receso, se dio a conocer la notificaci\u00f3n de la Delegaci\u00f3n Nacional del Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico (PVEM), en la que acredita, a partir del 5 de noviembre de este a\u00f1o, a la diputada Citlali Medell\u00edn Careaga como su representante ante la Jucopo de este Congreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por otra parte, la Mesa Directiva, presidida por la diputada Margarita Corro Mendoza, instruy\u00f3 remitir a la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda del Estado el oficio de la encargada de despacho de la Direcci\u00f3n General del Instituto Veracruzano de las Mujeres (IVM) en relaci\u00f3n con la petici\u00f3n para que este Congreso intervenga para vigilar y garantizar que los presupuestos p\u00fablicos municipales que se integren en el Decreto de Presupuesto de Egresos 2024 sean suficientes para atender la violencia contra las mujeres y dar cumplimiento a las medidas de la declaratoria de alertas por violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por \u00faltimo, se dio cuenta de la presentaci\u00f3n del Tercer Informe Trimestral sobre el ejercicio del gasto p\u00fablico, correspondiente al periodo julio-septiembre del ejercicio fiscal 2023 de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos (CEDH) y del Tribunal Electoral de Veracruz (TEV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
